• Payments accepted exclusively through PayPal.

-You may not claim that the image I produced was created by you.

-I reserve the right to refund and reject the commission if I believe I cannot deliver it.

-I will only undertake the commission if I have the opportunity and time to complete the order.

-There will be an approximate waiting period of 1 to 2 month.

-If I haven't worked on your commission within a 12-month period, you are entitled to request a refund of your commission.

-In the refund request, I will only reimburse the amount specified in the invoice, excluding the transaction fee. The transaction fee will be the responsibility of the commissioner when refunding the money. The minimum waiting period for the refund is 2 months.

-I will not refund the commission if you are unsatisfied, but I will endeavor to make reasonable changes to the image.

-Once I create an image for you, you may use it for any non-profit purposes, such as decoration, Twitch, etc. You may not resell or auction any items using the -artwork, but we can negotiate exceptions. This includes prints or buttons sold at conventions, etc.

-I reserve the right to retain and use rejected sketches for personal and commissioned use in the future.

-I reserve the right to keep the artwork in full resolution and share it on my social media.

-I reserve the right to publish the artwork on my social media. I may also stream and record videos of the artwork process.

-While I generally do not accept private commissions, exceptions can be negotiated!
